• However, if you purchase from our official stores on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or any other authorized platform except our website, you cannot request price protection based on a lower price found on our website.

 

To request a price adjustment:

• Email us at info@fnatr.com with your order number and proof of the lower price on the eligible official store.

 

• Requests must be made within 30 days of your original purchase date.

 

• The item must be identical (same model, color, and configuration).

 

• The lower price must be publicly available and in stock on the eligible official store.

 

Price protection does not apply to:

• Final sale or clearance items.

 

• Price differences caused by currency fluctuations or regional pricing.

 

If approved, we will refund the difference to your original payment method within 10 business days.
