Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

At the moment, we offer free shipping to the following regions:

- Canada
- Germany
- Japan
United States & Canada
Orders are shipped from a local Amazon warehouse. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the distance between the warehouse and your address.
Carriers are arranged automatically by Amazon, including but not limited to Amazon Logistics, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL.
Germany
Orders are shipped from a local Amazon warehouse. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the distance between the warehouse and your address.
Carriers are arranged automatically by Amazon, including but not limited to Amazon Logistics, UPS, DHL, and DPD.
Other EU Countries (outside Germany)
Orders are shipped from our own warehouse in Langen Hessen, Germany. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.
Please note: cross-border deliveries may incur shipping surcharges. The exact amount will be displayed at checkout.
Other European Countries (non-EU)
Orders are also shipped from our warehouse in Langen Hessen, Germany. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Shipping surcharges and additional customs duties may apply. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout.
Japan
Orders are shipped from a local Amazon warehouse. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the distance between the warehouse and your address.
Carriers are arranged automatically by Amazon, including but not limited to Amazon Logistics, Japan Post, and Yamato Transport.
Shipping From Factory (Out-of-Stock Items)
When a product is temporarily out of stock in local warehouses, it may be shipped directly from our factory in China to avoid unnecessary delays. In this case, your order will be processed as an international shipment (import).
For customers in the United States, Canada, and the European Union, no additional taxes, customs duties, or extra charges are required on your side.
(In the unlikely event that you are charged any fees upon delivery, please contact us immediately, and we will take care of the issue.)
For other regions, local customs authorities may apply import duties, taxes, or handling fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.
During peak seasons or periods of high demand, delivery times may be slightly longer.
You will always receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Non-Contiguous Territories
Additional shipping surcharges may apply for non-contiguous regions (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other remote areas). The exact surcharge will be shown at checkout.
Address Restrictions
We currently cannot ship to the following:
- P.O. Boxes
- Military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO)
- Freight forwarding addresses
- Incomplete or inaccurate addresses (e.g., missing apartment/unit number)
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. These may include:

- Nationwide emergencies (e.g., pandemic-related restrictions)
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will, however, do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
